Randy Ojeda is a Florida-licensed attorney, artist manager, and award-winning music professional dedicated to protecting and empowering creatives in the entertainment industry. As the founder of Randy Ojeda Law, he offers strategic legal counsel to artists, producers, labels, and entrepreneurs navigating the complex world of music, media, and intellectual property.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the music business, Randy brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to every client relationship. Before launching his law practice, he co-founded Cigar City Management, an artist management company based in Tampa, Florida, where he’s helped guide the careers of independent and major-label artists alike. He’s also worked as an A&R, record label owner, musician, and associate at Symphonic Distribution, where he led strategic projects at the intersection of music and technology.
Randy earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is a proud member in good standing of The Florida Bar. He is also a Grammy Professional Member and the recipient of an RIAA Platinum Award, recognizing his involvement in a certified platinum release.
Whether drafting custom contracts, negotiating complex deals, or offering career guidance, Randy is known for being approachable, business-savvy, and fiercely protective of his clients' rights. He regularly speaks at industry events and hosts Cigar City Radio, a music interview podcast where he connects with fellow creatives and thought leaders.
